Are your consoles tested and cleaned before shipping?
Yes. All consoles are cleaned, tested, and carefully prepared by our in-house staff before shipping.
Some units may also receive repairs or maintenance when needed.
Because we mainly sell used and retro gaming products, minor cosmetic differences such as light scratches or signs of age may still be present.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
All items are shipped from Japan.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs clearance process.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no additional customs duties or import tax charges upon delivery.
You can shop with confidence knowing that the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. We welcome bulk orders for resellers and wholesale buyers.
We offer dedicated bulk order listings for larger quantities, and custom quotes may also be available depending on the product and quantity.
If you are looking for mixed lots or larger orders, please contact us.
Do you accept returns?
If there is a serious issue with your item or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing the situation, we will respond with a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Please note that returns for personal reasons may not be accepted.
Can I request mixed lots?
Yes. Mixed lots may be available depending on stock and product type.
