If the item has a serious defect or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing the situation, we will respond with a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Returns and refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

- Returns requested for the buyer’s personal reasons
- Differences in condition, scratches, or signs of use that were already described in the product listing
- Contact made after a certain period has passed following delivery
- Damage or soiling caused by the buyer
- Cancellation or refund requests based on customs duties, import taxes, or other customs-related fees

Because we mainly deal in used, vintage, and retro gaming products, items may show minor scratches, discoloration, or other signs of age and use.
We do our best to describe the condition as accurately as possible on each product page, so please review the listing carefully before purchasing.
