Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
We do not ship on weekends, public holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, or other store holidays.

All items are shipped from Japan.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping method, and customs clearance process.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other customs-related fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

We are not responsible for items that are returned or discarded due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, long-term absence, unpaid customs charges, or similar reasons.
Whether a refund will be issued in such cases will be determined after reviewing the individual circumstances.
